Terms of service
The rules for buying from us, subscribing, and sending things back.

These terms apply when you use nacre-nextjs-template.vercel.app or buy from Nacre Skincare, Inc. ("Nacre", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy.
Orders
When you check out, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. Until then we can cancel an order, for example if a product sells out or the price was listed wrong. If we do, we refund you in full.
We may limit how many of one product a person can buy, so there is enough to go around.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include the product only. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We charge your card when you place the order.
Sets are already 15% off, so discount codes don't apply to them. The welcome code takes 10% off one first order and can't be combined with other codes.
Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $60. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier. The parcel is yours once it is handed to the carrier, but if it is lost or arrives broken, write to us and we'll send a new one.
Returns
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery, even opened and used. Write to care@example.com and we'll send a free return label. We refund to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the parcel.
Gift cards and products bought on final sale can't be returned.
Subscriptions and refills
Subscribe and save takes 15% off every delivery. We email you three days before each order ships and charge your card on the ship date.
You can skip, change or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, with no fee. A change made before we email you applies to the next delivery.
Using our products
Our products are cosmetics. They are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Read the label before use, try a new product on a small patch of skin first, and stop if your skin reacts. If you are pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care, ask them before using retinal or acids.
The before-and-after photos on this site show individual results, and some are generated to show a typical change. Your results may differ.
Reviews and content you send us
When you post a review or a photo, you give us permission to show it on our site and in our emails, with your first name and last initial. Keep it honest, about the product, and free of anyone else's personal details. We may remove reviews that are not.
Our content
The text, photos, logo and designs on this site belong to Nacre or the people who licensed them to us. You can share links and screenshots for personal use. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Liability
We stand behind our products. If one fails you, our returns policy is the fix. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute goes to the courts of Orange County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there instead.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in place when you placed an order are the ones that apply to it.
